Find The Right Starting Point

Start with what is changing your day.

You do not need to know the clinical name of the problem. Choose the pattern that feels closest, then follow the path to the most relevant information.

Select a card Recurring pain

Pain that settles, returns and keeps interrupting normal life.

Why this matters: This pathway is educational, not a diagnosis. It helps you reach the page most likely to answer your next question.

Find Your Starting Point

Choose the concern that is changing your day.

This is the full branch—not six disconnected services or a collection of unrelated labels. Every route begins with a distinct patient concern and connects back to the same doctor-led process.

Not Sure Which Page Fits?

Your body does not organise symptoms into website categories.

Back pain can travel into a leg. Neck tension can sit beside headaches. An old injury can change posture and movement long after the event. The useful question is not “Which label do I choose?” It is “What changed, what triggers it and what else is connected?”

Book A Proper Assessment
01

Where do you feel it?

Location helps establish the starting point—but not always the full source.

02

What makes it change?

Sitting, lifting, turning, sleep, activity and position can reveal useful patterns.

03

What else changed?

Movement, balance, strength, sleep and confidence often tell more of the story.

04

What do you want back?

The plan should connect to the work, family, exercise and everyday life that matter to you.

Health Outcomes, Not Website Categories

The useful question is not “Which page am I?” It is “What do I want back?”

You may arrive because your back is interrupting sleep, your neck is stealing focus, an accident changed how you move or training no longer feels dependable. The page is only the doorway. The real purpose is to understand what is limiting your life—and identify the most sensible route forward.

01

Sleep & recover

Turn down the nightly shifting, guarding and discomfort that leaves the next day starting behind.

02

Move without bracing

Walk, bend, turn, lift and sit with more trust instead of planning every movement around the problem.

03

Show up for your life

Work, parent, travel and handle everyday responsibilities without the symptom owning the schedule.

04

Return to what matters

Build a route back toward training, hobbies, sport and the activities that make life feel like yours.

One standard, whichever doorway you choose.Dr. Eric listens to what changed, assesses the relevant pattern, explains the findings and discusses the next move in plain language.

How We Help FAQ

You do not need the perfect label before you begin.

These are the practical questions people often ask when deciding which concern page to read or whether to book.

Which condition page should I choose?

Choose the page that sounds closest to the problem affecting you most right now. If several concerns overlap, start with the one changing your daily life the most. Dr. Eric’s assessment is not limited to the page you selected.

What if I have more than one symptom?

That is common. Back pain may sit beside leg symptoms, while neck tension may appear with headaches or altered sensation. Share the full pattern during your consultation so the assessment can look beyond one isolated area.

Do I need to know what is causing the problem?

No. You are not expected to diagnose yourself. The purpose of the consultation, examination and posture information is to help establish what may be contributing and what the sensible next steps are.

What is included in the €39 New Patient Experience?

Your visit includes a consultation, examination, digital posture scans, a doctor’s report of findings and a personalised corrective plan with Dr. Eric Kelly.

Will I be adjusted during the first visit?

The first visit is centred on understanding your history and completing the assessment. Dr. Eric will explain what he recommends after reviewing the findings. Care is not performed automatically before it is considered appropriate.

Does GCC use X-rays?

No routine X-rays are used. GCC uses consultation, examination and digital posture scans as part of the first-visit assessment.

Do I need a GP referral?

A referral is generally not required to book a chiropractic assessment. Bring any relevant reports or information you already have so Dr. Eric can consider them in context.

What if chiropractic is not the right path for me?

A responsible assessment includes recognising when another healthcare route may be more appropriate. Dr. Eric will explain the findings and recommendations rather than assuming every person should begin chiropractic care.

What is the difference between Accident & Injury and Auto Injury & Whiplash?

Accident & Injury covers broader falls, strains, workplace incidents and non-vehicle injuries. Auto Injury & Whiplash is specifically structured around collision-related neck pain, back pain, headaches, stiffness and guarded movement.

Is Sports & Active Life only for competitive athletes?

No. It is for active adults, recreational athletes and anyone whose training, walking, work or favourite activity is being limited by recurring strain, pain or reduced movement.

Are digital posture scans a diagnosis?

No. They are one source of visual information within the wider consultation and examination. Dr. Eric interprets them alongside your history, movement, symptoms and clinical findings.

When should I seek urgent medical care instead?

Seek urgent medical help for severe, sudden or rapidly worsening symptoms, serious trauma, major loss of strength or control, or anything that feels like an emergency. The €39 visit is not an emergency-care service.
