The Patient Journey, Mapped Out

Two visits. One clearer picture.

You should never have to wonder what happens behind the treatment-room door. Here is the sequence—from choosing your time to understanding the findings and deciding what makes sense next.

01

Before you arrive

Choose the appointment that suits you and give the clinic enough context to prepare for the conversation.

  • Book directly through the live calendar
  • Complete the requested patient details
  • Bring relevant reports or medication information
  • Wear clothing that allows comfortable movement
02

Visit One: listen & assess

Dr. Eric starts with your story, then examines the movement and findings most relevant to the concern.

  • Consultation and health history
  • Relevant orthopaedic and neurological checks
  • Movement, posture and functional assessment
  • Digital posture scans—no routine X-rays
03

Visit Two: findings & plan

The information is connected into plain language so you can understand what was found and what is recommended.

  • Doctor’s report of findings
  • Personalised recommendations
  • Questions, options and expected next steps
  • Care may begin when appropriate

Straight Answers Before You Book

Practical questions. Clear answers.

Will I be adjusted on the first visit?

Not automatically. The first priority is understanding the concern and completing the assessment properly. Care begins only when appropriate.

Are X-rays included?

No routine X-rays are included. GCC uses digital posture scans as one visual layer within the broader clinical assessment.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move is helpful. The clinic can guide you if a specific examination requires anything different.

Do I have to commit to ongoing care?

No. The findings and recommendations should be explained first. You decide what fits your goals and circumstances.

What happens at the second visit?

Dr. Eric reviews the findings, explains what they may mean, answers questions and discusses personalised recommendations. Care may begin when appropriate.

When should I seek urgent medical care?

Major trauma, rapidly changing symptoms, progressive weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, confusion, chest pain or another alarming symptom needs prompt medical assessment.
